I’ve always wanted to try yoga but even modifying it to things I could do proved dangerous. When I tried in 2007 I fell and cracked my sacrum while getting back in my wheelchair. If you want to feel something painful try having to sit all the time while a cracked sacrum heals. For those of you that don’t know (I didn’t.) it’s the last bone that runs between the pelvis and the coccyx. In other words I cracked the bone in my buttock. So forgive me for giving up yoga.

Yoga in the morning (2)

Second Life in 2019 to the rescue, sort of! Because of a friend I made at One Billion Rising event I found a Yoga Mat in her store at Love Home and Garden Sim Wide Store (http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/NESWNGI/155/115/34)

I know it’s not quite the same watching your avatar go through a yoga sequenc but it is relaxing and I’ve found it is a good way to start the day several times a week.

Still pictures leave a lot to be desired so I chose to try out some old video software I have and see if I could post it to this blog

Please do me a favor and leave a comment describing any problem you had running this video.
