For my New Year’s Eve feast I fixed Calabrian Shrimp over Orzo Pasta.
I haven’t enjoyed Turkey since I was seven and my mother bought a twenty-pound turkey, and we ate Turkey Hash, Turkey Soup, Turkey Sandwiches, and Turkey whatever. We finished it up about the middle of February. Since my birthday is in early February, I’m still surprised I didn’t have a Turkey Birthday cake.
Ingredients in Calabrian Shrimp & Orzo: Shrimp, Capers, Parmesan Cheese, Orzo Pasta, Mascarpone Cheese, Fresh Garlic, Fresh Lemon, and Calabrian Chile Paste.
