Horsehead Nebula

RGB filters 5,400 seconds each filter. Processed with Astro Pixel Processor 1.082, Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.  Processing Astro photographs is really an art. With this version I chose to emphasis Horsehead shape and the green nebulousness in the lower left. Then I cut the resolution down a LOT so it would rez on the web quickly. The full resolution RGB Fits file is 215 M bytes. In other words, go off and have a cup of coffee while the thing rezes. If you can read a Fits file and most people don’t have the software.
